One Piece, Naruto, Death Note are all really great reads. Naruto especially when you get past the short chapter about kakashi's past. It's really great to see how the character have changed and grown (though Gaara looks like he's going for the mullet hairdo). Also, Hellsing and Samurai Deeper Kyo are both very great, but have very graphic violence. As for Shounen Ai/Yaoi: - Wild Rock - good. cute story, but it would have been nice had it been a little longer.
- Sweet Revolution - good. they over all story is much the same as WR, and again, a little short. but good none the less.
- Sono Yubi dake ga shiteiru - (only the ring finger knows) This is just Shounen Ai. Its a really cute story with a happy ending.
- Yellow - good story, pretty bishounen. its the typical two detectives, ones gay one isn't, they fall in love. Yeah, like FAKE. But good in it's own right.
I could go on forever... erm, so I guess I'll leave it at this for now.... ^_#

i didn't find samurai deeper kyo with so much...graphic violence. hellsing, yes, but not the other one. =/ well, if ya want violence i got a few seinen series on my comp that's pretty much as gory and violent as hellsing.
haven't seen yellow. w00t, ok, i'm going to go find that now. xD i've heard of only the ring finger knows was really good, but i haven't been able to get my hands on it. >/

The ending of Death Note was to be expected, but well, I still couldn't get over the fact that the ending I had in mind ACTUALLY happened. I was hoping for a happy one, but well, Death Note is a very dark manga so I guess the conclusion was kinda apt. Btw, there's a special one-shot chapter of Death Note. It's about a young boy finding the Death Note and thinking that it was a mere notebook, decided to use it as a diary. Eventually, he learns the true essence of the notebook and the power it gives him. And a Death Eraser also exists! Ahaha~~ XDD Have you guys read it?

Shonen-ai stuff.. Hmmm... I'm currently reading Yami No Matsuei (Descendants of Darkness) and I think it says its a shojo on the book cover... yep.. Only the Ring Finger knows is a real sweet one to pick up, also Gravitation is such a laugh... barely see anything but it certainly hints things ... I first thought the manga was a little dull and I didn't get into it at all until I saw the series, the music's simply fab! Oooh and love mode is simply... Funny, sweet and really HOT! oh yeah, other manga.. PoT would definitely be a nice one.. Mahou Sensei Negima I find a laugh to read! Its the same as, and by the same mangaka as Love Hina (which I also love). Oh and finally xxxHolic.. By the makers of CLAMP, one of my faves.. weird but funny.. Apparently there's another series that is interlinked with xholic but I've forgotten what it was... Tsubasa? Or something like it...

SechskiesOHOHO! THAT'S THE PILOT! or whatever...it was Death Note Chapter 0. =P it came out before the actual DN volumes with raito came out. yami no matsuei....is shoujo to a degree. but shounen-ai is there. definitely. <3 hehehe! xxxholic and tsubasa are linked, yes. ^_^ the characters for xxxholic are a bit...on the lanky side. their limbs are so long. especially in the anime that it's almost just crap art. D: and yuuko's boobs are huge and she's always wearing some clothes that's just showing waaaay too much cleavage. >.> wish she would cover up or something. =_=; but other than that, xxxholic is a good one yup! ^_^ tsubasa (the manga) is pretty good too. just got my butt in gear and read more of Detective Conan. it's old, but GODDAMN IT'S SO GOOD!!! *sobs tears of happiness* anyone who hasn't read it....READ IT!! D: lest you incur buchou-sama's WRATH!!! (j/k i won't force it upon you innocent lil' tykes. >.>)

I love Yami no Matsuei, but I own the Japanese versions and wont buy the Viz release (for a whole lot of reasons). I was really annoyed when I found that they were editing it for content. But I kind of wonder what Viz has planed when they hit the abrupt end after volume 11 >.# In the middle of an arch too... guh.
Other great manga out now are Nana and Absolute Boyfriend. Shutter Box is also really good (eigo manga). Now if only they would release the 4th volume.

I'm glad that Death Note will end, I dread when manga go on forever since then it just drags on and I lose interest in the story and characters. I don't buy a lot of the yaoi/shonen ai because Heavenslight buys them and I just read hers. though I really like La Esperanca.

....never read la esperanca. >.> i think i still have the scanlation copies of them. x3;; ehehehehe. i don't buy yaoi/shounen-ai manga in fear someone's gonna sneak into my room and find them. @_@ i'll probably be kicked outta my house for just touching one if anyone bothered to find out.

That is always a fear of mine. My dad would find it odd and just make fun of me for it. My mom on the other hand... Well the best I could hope for in that case would be a quick death. And my mom is kind of nosy. Yet I had the guts to put 3 shounen ai posters on my wall. Between Doujinshi, manga and the posters, I think I am really pushing my luck.
Though Yoshiko-chan handled it rather well when her dad saw it. Props for that. ^_#
