Okay... since it's pretty obvious that I'm a total failure as a mod ^^; due to, well, total inactivity OTL (but I am still updating the website! .... REALLY I JUST DID ^^;;
~ and since I have finally worked out the admin problem (oh the power of desperation ^^; ~ I am now recruiting a mod.
Just one mod. Just one. Only one.
This mod has only two things she should be doing: (1) creating new boards/managing boards & threads that are out of place and, (2) banning/attacking spammers with a pencil. Or a mouse or whatnot.
... however, as I can't specify powers as such, she's going to have a lot more powers. ^__^;
Therefore! I am looking for mod nominations
please nominate who you think should be a moderator! .... You can post your reasons if you like, I guess. ^__^; I'm pretty random though so it might not mean anything. but I am easily bribed by Fuji-related things >.>;
There are a few rules, though, that I would like to set down for our new mod.
1) Do not create new rules.
2) Do not change ban settings - do not ban words, etc, and do not ban anyone who is not a spammer. Even if it's a really annoying tenipuri fan that fantasizes about Tomoka and Horio, do not ban him/her.
3) Do not modify posts, unless they are extremely offensive. Meaning, there's a million cuss words, or some other terribly inappropriate thing that would be inappropriate even at yaoi con, yuri con, or is just eye gouging.
4) Do not do anything other then, well, the two things mentioned above. ^__^;
... ERRR So yeah, if you didn't notice the trend... the reason I ask this is, the problem I hear/see with boards/communities is power hungry mods, drama, etc. People being banned because of some internal friendship drama, posts being filtered because some mod doesn't like this or that.... junk. So I decided when I set up this board, I wanted to stay as rule-free as possible. So that people can do what they want, when they want, and how they want, and just be happy, energetic fangirls(/boys). Yes, even the Tomoka x Horio fans. ^__^; Have...patience...they'll...grow.... (I pray to god.)
So.... who's up for the job? Oh, and if later you guys or anyone wants to impeach the 'One Mod' then just email me to let me know. I probably won't question it, even if there is drama, because I really just need one to manage spammers. ^__^;
