Gather, oh boys and girls, and discuss. ;P
Anyway, it was obviously tennis that I watched all the time.
When I heard Federer was defeated by Blake, I went kind of "Argh, no. ...Okay, whatever, Nadal is still there.".
And when I finally ended up watching the bronze match of Djokovic and Blake, I rooted for the former during the whole match. When the final ball for the tiebreak was about to be played, I actually started to chant "One more point, one more point" out loud... and when Djokovic finally did it, I squealed out loud and looked like that --> :8
I also found it really adorable how he went crazy after he won. XD First he threw something into the audience, then he batted a ball there, and finally he threw two of his rackets at them! XD It was so cute, how happy he was!
And besides, I mean, USA will get many, many medals, but this was Serbia's only chance to get a medal... so I wanted Djokovic to win.
And that gold match. OMG. I was simply amazed by the long rallies Nadal and Gonzales played. And Nadal's spin serves, the fact that he's a lefty, his amazing speed, the speed of Gonzales's balls (that came out wrong...)... AWESOME MATCH, FTW.
Gah, Nadal is HOT without that headband (he doesn't look that good with it on). *________* And he's quite pretty when he smiles.
Plus it was so awesome when he fell on his back on the court again. XD And how he threw his sweatbands at the audience.
Nadal really deserved that medal. <3
