I guess the lip-synch could be better in that vid.. I mean, if the character's lips actually moved when it's his part in the song, it would be awesome (though I do make this mistake sometimes in my vids, but it was because of the lack of better shots in the episode I was editing) but even matching the character's image to his lines would make it better.. Still, I know it requires a lot of work, making a vid

lets says it made probably in hurry or made by an amateur.
But, yes, it will be better if the lip-synch synchronize with the open or close mouth in the clip. And it means more time to do it like Shiraoi already said.^^
