all right. I'm not sure if this thread is already up, but who is your favorite yaoi pairing? mine are:
tezuka/ryoma
eiji/oishi
fuji/mizuki
inui/kaidou
hopefully you guys won't be disgusted by this. but heck!

Well, there's always MY thread; tenipuridsp.proboards67.com/index.cgi?board=anime&action=display&thread=1158094712But that one seems kinda dead so I'm positive to a new pairings thread. My absolute top fave ones are right now Sanada x Atobe and Momoshiro x Kaidoh. However, I also happen to have a very softs spot for Yuuta x Mizuki. (^______^) Some other pairings I'm quite fond of are Taka-san x Fuji, Kamio x Shinji, Oshitari x Gakuto, Ducksushi (have no idea who's the seme here (^.^)' ). Inui x Tezuka and Kabaji x Atobe are compleately fine too. I've never been much of a fan of these superultra popular, common pairings like Tezuka x Fuji, Inui x Kaidoh, Golden Pair etc. To be honest, I can hardly stand ANY pairings including the great (?) three of Seigaku; Ryoma, Tezuka and Fuji, ESPECIALLY Ryoma 'cuz he must die. The other ones... just don't appeal to me. The End. |

Hnn... Fuji/Ryoma Momo/Ryoma Golden Pair Dirty Pair I can't think right now.  I'd have to say my all-time favorite is Momo/Ryoma I like most pairings with Ryoma in it. ;D |

Time to make a list, then >O
First up is the Golden Pair. They are my number one OTP in the history of all OTPs >OO ...Seriously, I obsess over them so much it's not even funny. xDD;; You do NOT want to see me in fangirl mode. >.>;;
A close second is the Dirty Pair :D:D I blame fanfiction. >_> But they're just so... so... sneaky and bratty and snarky and yet cute and adorable at the same time and gah I dunno how to explain it @_X;; xD
Also Yagyuu/Niou. I have... absolutely NO explanation for this one.
But somehow... it just works.
I'll also semi-obsess over Sanada/Atobe [or Atobe/Sanada, if you prefer] and Tezuka/Atobe, depending on what mood I'm in. :O I also blame fanfiction for my SanaAto obsession, and while I have no explanation for my TezuAto obsession, they both just kind of... work. o.O
Hmm, what else is there..... wait, dang, I forgot the Silver Pair. x_x This one's probably a given. They're just so... married. Which I think everyone agrees on. o.o [Ohtori's so seme... *cackles*]
I also find myself searching out Tezuka/Fuji sometimes; again, depends on my mood.
Hmm, what else... I'll also read Inui/Kaidoh occasionally, if I'm in the mood and the fic is good. Regarding other miscellanious pairings... I'll read Taka/Fuji if I run across it in a multi-pairing fic I'm reading. I also find myself searching out Kamio/Shinji occasionally...
...Dang this post is long.
And seriously, am I the only person on the planet that doesn't like MomoRyo? o.O For me, it just... doesn't quite work. Actually, I can't really see any pairings with Ryoma working. He just seems so... not interested. o.o;; *Just my opinion.*

Golden Pair<3<3<3 I really need to get back into Golden Pair, I loved them so much in the beginning (they were my first favorite tenipuri pairing) ^^;; nowadays I'm all SuperbishixFuji (right now AtoFuji and TezuFuji) but Golden Pair is just sweet. I'm really getting into SanaYuki though, the pairing is similar to TezuFuji but different in really essential ways, so it's fresh and interesting. I read a really good characterization of Yukimura that I like, that actually differentiates him from Fuji (too many people make him similar to Fuji minus the cactus and wasabi and tensai thing). But yes, I'm not any where near getting over my Fuji pairings. Though I'm getting really into OT5 ~ there's this great OT5 fic on aff.net: Subtle Chains XD |

Tezuka/Fuji forever. *points to icon* It was all because of episode 174-176 and then digging up fanfiction and some nice fanart.
Golden Pair is win. How can anybody <i>hate</i> that pairing? I also like the Dream Pair to some extent.
Ryoma/Sakuno. The only non-yaoi pairing I love. I don't know why, maybe cause it's partially canon?

I love the so-called standard pairings like: TezukaxFuji - back when Tenipuri wasn't that popular, I got acquainted with the fanfic recs site fleetingfancies.nokoru.net/ . The webmistress had a lot of nice fics with these two in the main plot, so I more or less fell in love with them together to the point that I kept looking for anything related to these two. OishixEiji - they're SOOO married. How can I NOT adore this pairing? Sugary sweet to the point of cavities appearing everywhere XD;; ShishidoxOhtori - they're like Hyoutei's Golden Pair. Sugary sweet at best, but still a bit different. YagyuuxNiou - I read DANGEROUS fanfics about these two even though I hardly knew them *sweatdrop* I couldn't wrap my mind about them ever breaking up. SanadaxYukimura - they're married! Enough said  Besides these, I also love FujixRyoma (*blames yoshikochan*), AtobexFuji (*blames fanfiction writers*) and some other smaller pairings. As long as someone can convince me a certain lesser known pairing is good, then I'm bought! *laughs* So I can hardly say I have an OTP most of the time. |

If I use that pairing, it's usually very subtle, and most people don't even know about the relationship.
