This time I actually got: 1) some pictures of TeniPuri cosplay, 2) the actual pictures. However there weren't the same good cosplayers as last time, nor could I get any to stay still for me to ask, so my brother got one of a Kaidoh and I got a vaguely funny one of Ryoma's back and a short plump Atobe (possibly the Eiji from last expo?).
Since there were so few TeniPuri cosplayers, and since I actually havebetter pictures than last time, I'll post ones of other cosplayers we found too. :3
My brother's photo of Kaidoh. I don't like the pose much though, I prefered how he was moping around outside the hall at lunch, he looked pretty irritated.
XD Check out the guy on the left. Pfft! Oh, and that light blue shirt with the pixel penguin (it says 'PENGUINS ARE COOL')? I got one of those, way cheaper than the Anime t-shirts there. :X
Anyway, Atobe and Ryoma, the Ryoma was very short and despite looking feminine suited it well, but I never got the camera in time to ever get her face. They seemed to be allied with this Ouran cosplayer and met up at times to share what photos they'd gotten; I assume she was trying to be Kyouya or Bosanova, but just couldn't be bothered to cut her hair/try contacts.
The guys from the expo forums! :DD We missed their lunchtime photoshoot (and the Algorithm March, AND the Loveless gathering, AND the Yami no Matsuei gathering .___.), but my mum and brother caught them.
They went up on stage during the masquerade, and this is the dialogue from the guys behind us:
Guy 1: Hey, either that's a girl or he's gay, what with the rose...
Guy 2: HARDO GAY DESU!
Guy 1&2: WHOO!!
Being my brother's pictures, there were three of varying levels of quality. The first one had a blonde guy running past in front (see the previous one's bottom right corner), the second was a blurry image of their feet, and this one has Beezlenef a little clearer and Tamaki's charming smile. :D
We missed the gathering, but we caught them eating lunch! It's half of the Loveless group! Minus a school uniform Ritsuka and a fairly tall Soubi who ran past the front as the masquerade started.
Also eating lunch was Alphonse. My mum cropped this photo on my dad's PC, but I quite like it how it is, it makes a curious wallpaper for your desktop. :X
We caught this guy leaning, arms crossed against the pillar after going downstairs to the toilets. I wanted to take a photo of him just leaning there because he looked so natural, but my mum took the camera and asked, so he posed.
My bro spotted this guy while we were in the queue, oddly he didn't object when we pulled him out of the crowd around the TokyoToys stand. He was the only cosplayer who started chatting to us afterwards. :0
Yes, that girl is creepy. She was probably a Sci-fi/Crime fan coming out of the CSI panel and thought 'WTH? NERDS'.
Princess Tomoyo of Tsubasa, never won anything in the masquerade. :{ She even had a mirror on her (under the cloth over her hand here though).
This is the girl my brother stalked. She and her boyfriend were very cute together, cuddling at the back of the panel seating.
There was a gathering of about fifteen Bleach cosplayers beside this wall with a TV showing horror movie trailers. We went to take a photo of the group, and three of them posed. :3 A number were from the forum and performed a skit in the masquerade.
Here's a random one my mum took when fighting with my brother over the camera, it looks kinda aewsum, so I felt like posting it.
Simon Pegg and Nick Frost signing Hot Fuzz stuff! :DD
The only good Sasuke there, and a fairly funny Shino. :3
Cloud gelled his own wig into shape. The presenter at the masquerade said the fangirls would scream, instead an entire row of guys wearing Naruto headbands and caps stood up in front of us and went nuts as Cloud Strife got onto the stage. o.o
For this next one I would like some help:
This cosplayer took at least 30 minutes getting into her costume, then didn't venture upstairs in it (she was even wearing red contact lenses). She was probably quite wise.
I don't recognise the character though, I'm assuming it's from a video game, her friend was cosplaying a Final Fantasy character I'm always forgetting the name of. x.x
I have some more misc. cosplayers (not all anime or video games) and some odd photos of comic book artists and such at work, might add those later.
Oh, and as we waited for our first train home, my brother caught that girl he liked, I feel sorry for the boyfriend though, who lept aside quite literally.
