I've started on a Hyotei Jacket...that I really should be finishing now....I"m apart of a cosplay group that does songs from the musicals at anime conventions (but we speicalize in Rivial teams). We are doing Koori no Emperor for Otakon this year.
I've also started to think about commissioning jackets...right now I can only do Seigaku and Hyotei (those are the only ones I've made) but I'm not sure yet.

I've been thinking about cosplaying as Fuji. Physically, it wouldn't be too hard. I'd just have to lighten my hair and get some contacts.
But then I'd just need a uniform.

LOL. If I want something sewed, I just tell one of my parents to make it, like, a couple months (maybe less) before and I'll have it.  My parents used to own a sewing factory or something.  |

Hey. I just recently got into cosplay and this is going to be my first costume. I want to cosplay as Fuji Dream Live 3rd version. Since it's simple (and cheaper), I wanted to do it. I've got the white long-sleeved shirt and I just came up with this idea that I should sew silver sequins onto the ends of the sleeves, the collar, and the end of the shirt to make it more sparkly (Kira Kira!). However, I've been getting second thoughts about the idea, so before I sew anything on, I want to hear what you guys think about it. Please tell me your opinions!

okay... this wierd thing happened to me... its funny i guess.... >.<
But I was at the mall a couple days ago and i saw three guys that were cosplaying as Ryoma, Taka, and Inui/Momo. And I'm all like "why do they roll like that?!" It may seem weird to me because not a lot of people cosplay around me, so i dont see it often. But it looked like they were strutting around like they're really part of seigaku. >3> But yeah.
but that's not the weird part though. The next day I went to Japantown in San Francisco to buy stuff and eat right? and I'm there sitting in the restaurant... WHEN THE SAME PEOPLE CAME IN STRUTTING LIKE THEY DID AT THE MALL! I almost choked on my *croquettecurryudon* yum. And me being all "gangsta" yelled "WHY DO DEY ROLL DEEP LIKE DAT CUZ?!" LOL i was talking to my sister. Because the mall i went to was like far far far away from san francisco. XD
.... end of story. yeah... things like this just weird me out. I start to weird people out...

i cosplayed as ryoma on halloween this year to school... with my specs on nya... first time cosplaying makes me nervous and shy =.= i can feel a lot of people looking at me nya... weird feeling nya.. but quite a fun experience. i'm going to cosplay again at expo at end of year!! this time, i'm going to be tezuka. since i can't move without my specs... hehe....

Ahh, hehe, I finally got my hands on DL3, so I know what you're talking about :3 Yeah it's just like a khaki pants, a very girly looking white shirt (it fits him so deliciously xD), and I think a blue-green inside top Hmm, seeing sequins on the edge of the white shirt...hehe, that would add kira kira-ness to it, but hehe the picture I'm getting in my mind isn't one that I like in particular..xD For shinyness I would personally go for like a sparkly satin white shirt. xD Hehe, well can't wait to see how things turn out with Kira Kira Fuji :3 hope you're learning the dance too. And you should get an Eiji to do it with. =^^= |
