Lovux was just randomly browsing around on Youtube just like any other normal person, when she suddenly stumbled over a... well, a GOLDMINE of childhood memories. Simply speaking, it's compilations of intro sequences to cartoons from the 80's and the 90's, each compilation being about ten minutes long. Watch them only if you've got a lot of time in your hands. Perhaps Lovux should've listed the ones she has NOT seen. Anyways, in the upcoming compilations, she'd like to see Saber Rider and the Star Sheriffs, Captain N - The Game Master, Winnie the Pooh and Saban's Adventures of the Little Mermaid, My Little Pony Tales (which I'm actually much more familiar with rather than the one showed in one of the compilations) and Lucky Luke. Once Upon A Time Was The Space would be awesome too. And Sailor Moon.

WHY CAN'T PEOPLE MAKE GOOD CARTOONS ANYMORE?!?!?! I mean, just think about what we had when we grew up; all those colourful characters, voice acting where the actors put some actual HEART in their work, memorable quotes, animations who doesn't sting one's eyes, violence and sexuality, genuine humour, unforgettable intro songs with catchy beats...

I can't say I'm envious of today's kids.

Needs moar Moomins, Animals of Farthing Wood and Bertha. :X Although, Bertha wasn't a cartoon. It had dancing robots though.

Hmm... looking through that list reminds me: my childhood was full of 'furry propaganda'. I mean, Inspector Gadget etc. aside, there was Biker Mice, dinosaur bikers (don't remember the title), Beast Wars, animals and animals and talking animals and Sonic.

My favourite characters were usually robots though.

I gotta agree with you. The Moomins! For Christ's sake, THE MOOMINS!!! How could I possibly forget about those? I've even read most of the books about them. The Groke still scares the hell out of me.
Also, I hope they include the Animals of Farthing Wood too. What a bittersweet series. Full of death and grieving and serious stuff that made all the kids go all emo and angsty.

Yeah, the thought of the large amount of furries has hit me as well. But perhaps it was for commercial purposes? I mean, c'mon who doesn't like animals? I still feel kind of ashamed for not having seen even one of all the Sonic cartoons though, despite that all of them were dubbed.

My Little Pony Goes Round and Round <- first book I read by myself.

Totally left out Rugrats. I know it's still shown, but usually just the new, sucky episodes. None of the awesome 'a-baby's-gotta-do-what-a-baby's-gotta-do!'

Anyone else remember Captain Planet? And, these are older than me, but I grew up watching them: Scooby Doo, where are you?, The Jetsons, and The Flintstones. They were definitely basic shows on tv when I was a kid, but now you have to get them on a special channel.

I just saw the last episodes of Sabrina, the Teenage Witch about a month ago. And I started watching that show when it first came out.

It made me very happy, the ending.

I liked it when the bad guys weren't Egyptian Mummy Borg Werewolves, and you just kicked them on the belt and they go 'poof', and then you run around in a giant animal and then the lady in the horny hat screams and cries. Like, 'damn you and your mechs, my faceless henchmen were SO close this time, even though this episode is exactly the same as the one before, just a different kid was involved'.

PINKY AND THE BRAIN! That show was awesome. And, who didn't love Pinky? He was so awesome.
