I honestly wish the female characters in Prince of Tennis had gotten more characterization. It would have been nice to actually see the female tennis team at least once. >.<

Full agreement here.  You know, Lovux was secretly hoping for a "VS the Girls' Team" arc after Seigaku had won the Nationals. Like, best male team VS the best female team, as a special sports event. Of course, the males team would still win, but I'd really liked to see some überstrong-but-still-wacko girls with DBZ tennis, just like the rest of the PoT boiz.  (In fact, I have actually come up with a whole female tennis team myself, just because I wonder what they would be like) Plus, think of the extended possibilites with the pairings.  |

I just wish we had more girls with some backbone, you know. That´s why I love Tomo.chan, she is the only one with some recemblance of one. C´mon, Konomi, Ever heard of girl power?

My favorite characters are Fuji and Shishido! I love them both. They are awesome. Fuji is a nice guy and a perfect boyfriend for girls while Shishido is a stubborn man and a perfect guy for loving. ;D I'm just making it up.

My favorite is probably Oshitari. Kansai accents just kind of knock me flat, so I was a goner from his first appearance.

Speaking of girls, it would be highly unlikely for Seigaku to face them in an official tournament, because male vs. female doesn't really exist in professional sport (correct me if I'm wrong, but in most disciplines I know, there's no such thing as mixed matches, boys always play boys and girls always play girls unless it's unofficial and Seigaku for example, played a match with their girls team for fun.
An is not the only strong girl, you know *points to Miyuki*
