Q: What kind of unfit idiot goes walking for an hour and a half, sprinting up hills and jogging between poles and then when her legs start to get tired and sore pushes herself harder? Then when her dad drives past and offers her a lift up the last hill to her home she ignores him and sprints up that hill as well. Then she goes and does sit-ups before jumping in the shower and begging for a massage...
A: The kind of unfit idiot that doesn't consider the fact that she's gonna suffer for it the next day!
*cries* My legs HURT!!! I don't mean, gee my muscles really ache cause I've been running lots. I mean even when I'm sitting still, they hurt. When I move, they're in agony, and because it's the tops of my thighs, I feel like a paraplegic, because just about every movement of the legs stems from there so I'm basically sitting here all day moving nothing but my torso. If I have to go to the bathroom, I have to shuffle and try as hard as possible not to lift my feet cause it HURTS!
Gah! This is what I get for trying to excersize!!!

You can always exersize without going Rock Lee on us. I swear I could totally imagine you and him saying "If I cant run up hill in three seconds I will do 20000 push ups"! =)
Be lazy like the rest of us for a while, then. I mean I exersize regulary and my legs ache a little the next morning...but I am definitely able to sit >.<
Dont push yourself too hard, auntie!

Lovux loves Rock lee, so now she likes krystal as well. Just remember to stretch properly next time.

...And that's why I never run when I can walk. xP And the only times I walk are when I'm going to school or getting back home... and it's about a 2 km walk. ...When I use my own pace during that distance, nothing starts to ache.
On the other hand we (my religion course group) walked that same distance in Helsinki a while ago... I tried to keep up with their pace which was a lot faster than mine, and OMG DID IT HURT! My thighs felt nothing, but my shins... holy crap, it really felt like they were burning! (Know that feeling?) When I finally got to sit in a museum, I tried to bend my ankle forward... it resulted in a weird pain in my shin (it felt like there was a lump straight in the middle. I guess my muscles really tensed there...). After a while the feeling wore off and when I finally got to walk back to the bus station, I used my own pace (since we were leaving the city separately) and my legs felt absolutely nothing. And that time I was also able to memorize the route we had used and see a bit of the buildings around me (the first time I just tried not to lose sight of my group). Plus I also got a nice glass of mocha coffee in a coffee shop, so over all it was an awesome experience... even though there was the shin pain at first. xP
