Fuji and Eiji's voices make me sad in the dub. I don't even want to see what they're gonna do to Hyoutei and the other schools T__T And they'd totally better let Atobe say 'Be awed by my prowess' and not change it to something ridiculous >.<

I just watched episode 22, which was awesomeness in the Jap. version.. and very heartbreaking on Toonami Jetstream. ; I read on AnimeNewsNetwork that Atobe's voice is done by Yuri Lowenthal, Sasuke's dub voice actor in Naruto. X____X; Lemme say, I nearly fainted when I saw that.

And then I saw something equally traumatizing..

Apparently, Fuji's voice actor changed from David Lodge (Kaidoh's VA) to Adam Lawson.. who is, I think, Horio's VA.. *faints*

This all better be faulty information. T__T
*goes into fetal position and listens to Tonde! Mawatte! Mata Raishuu! to relieve the pain*

WTF? Toonami is screwy with the PoT Episodes. Seriously, last week it was episode 4. Last night, it jumped to episode 9.

I know, seriously. ;; I was wondering what the heck that was all about. ; It's like they're disappearing into a void..

I think they've spliced a ton of episodes together, because the Echizen/Kaidoh match was really short and there was only maybe two minutes of Echizen/Inui playing against each other. And then, it had Inui "training" everyone just a few minutes later.

oh god, it was horrible. I listen to the english dub and the chinese dub [canto.] and my ears are bleeding.

ugh Japanese voice all the way, it is just not the same without the same voice actor. I mean if you want to get into an anime, you should learn how to read subtitles.

Actually I think the canto version was a lot worst than the english version. I was checking out the english version on youtube when I accidenly click on the canto version and ........ ugh

I would much rather read subtitle for the rest of my life if it means none of that.

I generally find Chinese dubs scarier, because from my generalized POV (haven't seen many Chinese dubs.. ^^"), all the voices are much too high or waaaay more OOC than the English ones. o.o

My friend once came home from school and found her mom watching the Chinese dubs and totally freaked. ;;

My dad called me downstairs without telling me why, and then he pointed to the TV and was like, "Look, it's that show with the tennis boys you like!" I paused for a moment in morbid curiousity, and he is completely unable to comprehend why I ran from the room screaming. ;_______;

IT STILL MAKES ME SHUDDER TO THINK OF IT AND I ONLY SAW LIKE 15 SECONDS.

I shudder to think of what might become of the fillers.. I'd rather they not air the wonderful chibi episodes and such rather than MUUUURDER them. X__X;

And now my sister is addicted to the show.

And the PoT gods must hate me or something because my little sister loves Tezuka. And Ryoma. And Seigaku. And hates Hyotei, which has become my favorite team.

Yeah, no more Fudomine girl. I've joined the ranks of the Hyotei fanatics.
