"Because it looks cool!" I hate that line. I mean, if you're going to get the gear for a show, you should at least know what the show's about. You should totally tell a person with Ryoma on some sorta accessory or clothing that he's the club whore who does threesomes regularly with his (underage) seniors. With whips. Sometimes. And they'd be like 'what?' and you can say 'yeah, he's totally gay'. Take a camera. I wanna see their face. |

Tenipuri premieres on Jetstream on the 17th, I'll probably watch an episode or two to get a feel for the dub out of curiosity. Though I'm still awaiting the subbed DVDs.
. . . .not that I plan to buy any of them after the Hyotei matches. . .

I'd like to do the same, for a giggle if nothing else, but I probably won't be allowed since I don't live in the US (4Kids' site identified me as not being in the US and has IP blocked me from watching video files there DX).

i saw an episode of the fan dubbed version, i haven't actually heard fuji's voice, but they pronounce ryoma as "ray-oh-MA" it was horrible....

as mentyioed cheesy openings and endings that WOULD make kikumaru cry and not to mention the horrible music they could replace over thatT_T
Fuji must have his voice only!!!
Echizen voice was horrible! I samled the toonami one they relased on youtube and i stopped watching it after about 9 seconds into the clip
<I dread all the voices actually...>
They'll probably butcher every episode T_T
Alright, i'm totally against dub...I believe they should put anime on with subs ONLY. It'll encourage people to read and watch anime^^

I hate how the say the names in the dub! Tezuka has turned into something like Te-zoo-ka, and Oish's name is messed up to.
On the subject of Tezuka, is it just me or does he's dubbed voice sound like he's a sheriff from the old west or something?
