Hi! I'm Plantress. I like reading, writing, video games, and anime and manga.
I started liking Prince of Tennis when I read the english version of the manga. I fell in love with it, and then ended up buying the first 39 episodes of the anime subtitled. After that I watched the rest of the eps on-line.
Other animes I love are Saint Seiya, Yu-Yu-Hakusho. Tsubasa:Reservori Chronicle, Ghost Hunt and Eyesheild 21. There are more I could list but those and PoT are my favorites.

HI PLANTRESS! Haha, video games? Which ones do you like?
I'm more into those music-type video games, like DDR, Guitar Hero, and Taiko Drum Master. but on occasions, I'll play games like SSBM 'n stuff. Mostly Game Cube and PS2. I want a Wii so badly! @___@
enough about me, though. ^^; what about you?

I mostly play RPG games with a few action/adventure and fighting games thrown in.
I just finished playing God of War, and I'm currently working on Dirge of Cerberus. I really have to finish Okami though, but I keep getting distracted.

Nya, hi plantress, WELCOME! =D Ooo, Yuu Yuu Hakushou<3<3<3 I own all the dvds XD ... ^^;; (all 32 of them OTL). Someday I want to watch Saint Seiya, it's so classic!

Lucky you! I only have a couple Yu-Yu Hakusho DVDs! Whose your favorite character? Mine's Kurama. XD
Do watch Saint Seiya at some point! It's very good for something from the eighties.
The only bad thing is that it's one of those animes that doesn't really get good until the ep 25 or so. The first few eps make it seem like it's a tournament anime and I think that puts some people off.

Hehehe, mine's Kurama too ^^;;;;; .... I have HUGE Kurama poster on my door XD it's one of the first posters you see when you come over. I also <3 Enma Jr in human form cause he's pretty and his pacifier is funny. XD And Hiei cause he's a tiny, cocky guy. (Litearlly fuufuufuu.) But Yuusuke is quite pretty when his hair is out...err.... ignore the fact it sounds like I like characters based on their prettiness. Personality matters too! ..... (a little ^^;  . I think I've seen the first 14 eps of Saint Seiya but that's all they fansubbed >.< actually, I got ahold of random hk dvd sets XD but I'm missing some! I don't want to watch it part-way cause if there's a cliffhanger I'll go crazy. XD |

At least you've seen some Saint Seiya. If your looking for the English dubbed version then in the US Adv did a pretty good job....but the only dubbed up to episode 60 and don't have plans to do anymore. And in the name of all that is holy stay, far, far away from the DiC release called Knight of the Zodiac. If you want to see the rest of Saint Seiya, I suggest going to www.saintseiyafan.com. Go to the forum and you'll find links to the fansubbed eps in the downloads section. |
