I have been wondering this for a while. I like to think of myself as flexible when it comes to genre in term of fictions. But there is no denying it that I am a fan of Angst/Tragedy. Some of my favorite stories are the ones that makes me cry. umm, I really hope I don't scared people off with this post but yeah I enjoy fluff and comedy but it is easily forgotten. Yet, a bittersweet ending keeps people hook long after the story is finish. It is the after taste that makes me shed tears over. So yes share with me and tell me which is your favorite genre and why? In the meantime, I don't think I would post any of my stories here I mean if anyone really want to read my stories. They can just go to my site at fanfiction.net. I am going to upload an one shot piece on Tez x Fuji x Atobe love triangle and chapter 10 of "Rebirth" soon. ummm, time like this makes me feel grateful that I have more than 1 betas. Denite  |

I only love angst if there's a happy ending. I mean, I love angst, but I am a big fan of happy endings too, so angst is wonderful but I really need that last bit of happiness. The tragedy makes me too sad.
Comedy is great if it's done right. But it's hard to write really good comedy, or find really good comedy fics.
I love AUs though, AUs are so great. The one thing that makes me sad about AUs is that a lot of times they get discontinued >.< this is such a great tragedy! But I know from trying to write my own AUs, they're really hard to write. But soooo good<3<3<3
I read an interesting horror fic lately. I'm not a horror fan in general (like I don't go to see scary movies) but actually the horror fics were quite enjoyable. Surprisingly so. =D
Fluff can be cute but... it gets boring after a while. Like, not that many people write original fluff fics. I guess the key to fluff is making it original. =3 But really, fluff is best when it's part of a complicated plot, like the genre might be angst or AU but there should be fluff as well, because fluff helps with the development. XD Hence why it's called fluff, cause it fluffs the story up.

Yes, many people have expressed to me about their love for happy ending. I love happy ending too but for some reason tragedy just seem to write themselves. Of course, I have to learn to write happy ending because I already promise everyone that "Rebirth" will end happily. oh and the companion piece to "Alone" is a happy ending as well and I will post it soon. I love AU too but yes it is hard to get inspire to write them. Fluff is something that I think belongs in the one shot section because a little fluff is good but too much will make you sick. oh and one thing about POT fiction is that I can't stand hetero. pairings. LoL I mean I just can't stand seeing my favorite character pair up with some OT female character. ugh and I have never been a fan of original character that becomes one of the main character. Denite ps LOVEEEEEEEEE Tez x Fuji x Atobe right now. A month ago if someone told me that I would adore Tezuka I would probably laugh in their face but Tezuka is starting to grow on me. |

AUs are a definite favorite of mine. I love intricate plots (or something that has plot in general -_-) and I like historical ones in particular. Those are the rare and difficult ones to find, though I haven't been disappointed in the ones I've read. ^^ I like tragedy/angst/dark fics the most though. They just tear at your heart like crazy and make you unable to tear your eyes away from the screen. Overall, I look at the ability to write most of all. Hahaha so I guess you can say my favorite genre would be the literate part. xDDDDD

Oh yeah, hetero pairings BIG X. DX they are yuckie T___T and OCs are only good as really wicked villains XD or obsticales the characters have to face. Or like, tiny minor side roles. Pairings with OCs, even if they're not hetero, are just weird if you ask me .__.
Tezu x Fuji x Ato <3<3<3 I love it too!! It's definitely my favorite right now, there's just not enough of it and that drives me crazy. XD
Intricate plots XD fuufuufuu, those are the best. The best fics are the ones where they're able to pull off something complicated but easy to understand in a reasonable amount of chapters...okay actually just that they're able to finish the fic =P cause I always want to know how it's gonna end.

Yes, a fiction with an ending is a big plus. There is nothing worst than getting all into a story and then finding out that the author is not updating it anymore. *sniff sniff* LoL even thou. I am straight, I can't stand hetero pairing. I mean would you want to hand over your dream guy to another girl or another guy? ......... wait that makes no sense. Lets just go with yaoi rocks and I am glad that the love is spreading like wildfire out there. Denite |
