Lol!! Yes, there totally is that stigma! Everyone has to be paired up with someone else ^^;; which is hard when you have certain characters you just don't want to pair (like Kabaji or Taka) or there's an odd number of characters. Maybe it's just cause the fanfic authors feel sad for the people who don't have someone ^^;;;

I've always wondered that too...Tezuka almost HAS to be paired up with fuji (or ryoma....but that's a little less...common?) while Taka is usually the only het one there. I guess it's because certain people "look good" with other people or they interpret the interaction between certain characters (like the golden pair's close friendship etc etc) as meaning that they have romantic feelings towards each other. I dunno...that's just my theory.

But for me, I used to REALLY HATE yaoi/slash etc because I found them slightly disturbing. NO! I am NOT a homo hater no way!! I'd just rather NOT read a story about two guys in a romantic relationship (especially since some fanfiction gets......explicit) because I don't wanna think about it. BUt now....I'm actually okay with it (been reading a lot of fuji/tezu and ryo/fuji fics recently), because now I realize that it doesn't matter if it's guy/girl or guy/guy, it's love right? HAHAH I'm such a hopeless romantic. Ahh well, the point is I am now a convert....SUPPORT YAOI! HAHAHA

See, I never had a problem with boy/boy pairings, at any level. My best friend, who I've known forever, is a gay guy and he can't keep quiet about some things.

But Taka does seem to be left all alone at the end of the day if he's not paired with Fuji. Which makes me sad because he's probably the sweetest and most normal one on the team. When he doesn't have a racquet.

Heh heh just give Taka to Akutsu that solves everything...what was I reading with that pairing...ahh I think it was "Learning to Land" by suteishichic XD very explicit in every sense, but SOOOO wonderful.

I'll admit though I'm a convert too, all thanks to yoshikochan. ^^ And then I think I gained more EXP in the world of yaoi/shounen ai than she had given me. XD But now that I think about it, a long time ago I read a shounen ai Gundam Wing fic...and I didn't know what I was reading...I just thought it was a bit....hmm, not right, because I was like "the GW pilots have to paired up with the girls"....heh heh I SOOO don't think that way now. XD

Aaah ^^;;; it's kind of scary, when I met whitelilacs she was so still into hetero... and then it was like... sudden introduction... and now.... she's so much more hard core than me ^^;;;;;;;;; (and now I get all my stuff from her lol).

Hm.... about the time I read my first shounen ai/yaoi fics... for DNAngel... I also watched Gravitation around that time which is a great starter... and a lot of things were going on in my life that made me open to it. Though I was raised as a Christian who believes it's wrong, all those beliefs ended about that time (for other reasons, but then I got into shounen ai ^^ aaa but I'd had gay friends since freshman yr of hs and didn't care. XD But now it's just soooo much love ~<3 ^__^;;

I've never really ever had a problem with yaoi. I've had gay friends ever since high school and so that sort of thing never pulled any type of reaction from me.

Out of my friends, I am the hardcore yaoi fan. XD Everyone else just watches/reads what i give them or don't even bother. LOL I have to gay friends who are a couple(so CUTE ^^) and they keep hounding me for all the yaoi I have on my comp or saved onto disc(which reminds me I have to burn Sensitive Pornograph for them >.>).

I'm the only one who really actively seeks it out and collects it. I bought almost 700 dollars of doujin at A-kon this past year. o.o

I even write it, though I haven't written anything recently.. not since Christmas of 2004 actually. I've only written three ficlets for PoT. Two InuKai and one Ibukami.

Oh well. maybe once I graduate college, I'll have more time to start writing again. ^_^

Yaoi has...taken me over. My first was Gundam Wing...and then everything became yaoi/shounen ai. I even converted my two best friends to some of it. *grins evilly* I'd found some 1x2 fic, and was like, 'That's cool. It makes so much more sense than having any of them with any of the girls...' And then later, 'That's so hot. *drool*'

But, yeah, I write it, too. I've only done...Naruto and Wolf's Rain though for anime. I have notebooks full of unfinished and half thought out fics...about 5 years worth. -__-;; Lots of different anime...and other.

I also have the ability to imagine just about any pairing, and thinking about how it'd make it work...well, actually it's more like picking my favorite uke and sticking him with as many people as possible...^_^;; I'm such a dork...

I think that's what makes it so amusing XD XD XD heh heh. I think I have now seen too much and read too much...but there are still lots of great surprises lurking around in those mangas/doujins. ^^ I think I've just read a lot of the yaoi manga, not so much doujinshi I'm still very behind in that area. I can read lots of tenipuri doujin, but heh heh not a single one of like naruto...maybe a bleach doujin. and then the obvious loveless, yami no matsuei, mirage of blaze, princess princess (not sure if there's any yet, but heh heh I can imagine what it'd be like XD)...etc...
