I don't know why, but Saro = either Shinji, Aka-chan or Niou. ...Perhaps Aka-chan's portrayal in fanfics did that... since in them he has a very cracky imagination (which animals the Rikkai regulars are... with Yagyuu as a purple penguin?). Niou... trickster-like nature, perhaps? ...And Shinji=rambling & random outbursts?
Seriously, I have no idea which of the three she is. ...Or if she's two in one or all three in one...

Oka-san is is a mix between Oshitari Yuushi + Sengoku + Oishi.
Imoutou-chan is probably a mix between Marui + Momo and Jirou ^^
