Thing is, I watched 8 of the episodes. ...And said "No thank you, can't listen to that screaming brat". Megumi Ogata is awesome, but a character who's screaming like that and bawling his eyes out over how his life sucks (EVERY SINGLE EPISODE) pisses me off.
...Bleach and Prince of Tennis are - for me - so far the only anime series that seemed boring at first, but got better later.

lol But you haven't seen every single episode. The thing with Eva is that you just can't take it too seriously. Starts off all serious and boring then all the fun stuff happens in the middle and then you just have to hold on to your head so it doesn't explode during the final few episodes.

Then maybe Code Geass or the new season of Slayers, knowing my speed, these two will be done before Christmas, Christmas 2009

That's one of the animes in the "Tales" series (Tales of Symphonia, Tales of Eternia, Tales of Phantasia). It basically follows the plot of the "Tales of the Abyss" game.

Is Tales of the Abyss good? I only played Tales of Symphonia and want to get Tales of Vesperia

I haven't played any Tales game, because I can't find them anywhere in Finland.

Never played them, either. I've heard of them of course... What platform are they on, anyway?

Lovux figures that she'd ressurect this thread, only ten days before the one year "Anniversary" for when the last time somebody posted here. Anime being watched right now:Bleach - whatever the hell the latest episode number was. Yes, I'm watching this filler arc. It's better than canon anyway. And that's pretty bad.Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood - episode 23. As amazing as ever. Infinite Ryvius - episode 9. It's sorta painful to watch it, but I've heard so much good about it, I want to give it a chance. Besides, I thought Prince of Tennis was horrible at the beginning (and I STILL think it is!!!), but later episodes prooved me oh so wrong, so... let's pray for good stuff to come! Katekyo Hitman Reborn - episode 149. Another filler arc that's been better then the last like 30 canon episodes. Haven't watched 150 yet, because the only subtitled version available refuses to cooperate with ANY of her media players. Umineko no Naku Koro ni - episode 12. Higurashi's spiritual successor, of course it's worth watching! Animes that was just finished:Black Lagoon + Black Lagoon Second Barrage - 12 episodes each. Really badass show, but they only kept me interested for one watch and nothing more. The Maid arc and the Hansel and Gretel arc were great, but the rest... meh. Princess Tutu - 37/26 episodes (depending on whether you watch the TV version or the DVD version). Go here for Lovux's thoughts on it. Saber Rider and the Star Sheriffs - 52 episodes. Yes, this is the butchered version of the original show called Bismarck, but honestly, I couldn't care less about that one. Saber Rider is the version i grew up with and it is the version I will have fond memories of when I grow old. If anything, I'll still remember the AWESOME THEME SONG!! Tsukihime - 12 episodes. Meh. Didn't care about it. Won't remember it.

Watching Bleach: Um... haven't kept up, really. :/ Haven't watched the new filler eps yet. Cyber Formula OVAs: As amazing as the prequel TV-show. The same atmosphere that made me feel all giddy and happy after every episode is still there. Trinity Blood: Not really as good as the original novels and the manga. :/ Tres doesn't look right in the anime. But some of the voices are magnificent - especially Juurouta Kosugi as Francesco di Medici. The character acts like a mean and power-hungry politician, but I just really like him. Axis Power Hetalia: Really hilarious. I loved the ep where England tried to summon something evil and ended up with Russia. XD
Finished Blade of the Immortal: ...ZOMG. I love Manji and Anotsu. ...Rin pisses me off, though - she's useless, a crybaby and always acts without thinking and needs Manji to save her sorry butt. And her acting like a jealous teen around him is totally annoying. Cyber Formula: I frikkin love this. It's so awesome. I think I wrote why before. XD Initial D 4th Stage: Same as above. Bus Gamer: Please, please, Minekura-sensei, take the manga up again! I want to see more! DX

FinishedBlade of the Immortal: ...ZOMG. I love Manji and Anotsu. ...Rin pisses me off, though - she's useless, a crybaby and always acts without thinking and needs Manji to save her sorry butt. And her acting like a jealous teen around him is totally annoying. READ THE FREAKING MANGA. Rin's a whole lot better character there. For example; recently, SHE was the one to save MANJI when he had been inprisoned for months and used in inhumane experiments. Of course, she had back-up (by another kick-ass female, nonetheless!), but she was still the one to take the initative and play the active role here instead of sitting around and being "a useless crybaby". Wait, scratch what I just said - EVERYONE and EVERYTHING is better in the manga. EVERYTHING. It's SO much better than that mediocre (at BEST) so-called anime "adaptation" of a masterpiece. It had a good soundtrack, but that was it. Just do yourself a favor and read the manga instead.
