Kyouraku Shunsui from Bleach. (and I still love his design. He looks so unique and pimp it's incredible... And his seiyuu also did Moomin Papa in Tanoshii Moomin Ikka!!  ) A character which is surrounded by roses (or just rose petals) when he shows up.
