Okay. So. Lovux has finally seen the whole Prince of Tennis movie. And with "Prince of Tennis movie", she means the scene where Tezuka extincts the dinosaurs. After so many months of inside jokes, she's finally seen the root of this madness. Reaction? Well... if the animators suddenly showed up and offered me some of the junk they were smoking when they wrote the script of that scene... THERE'S NO WAY I'D SAY NO.  Also, is Lovux the only one who was utterly annoyed by the flashy colours?  It really stinged her eyes, she thought about it during the whole movie, like, "OMG I hate these colours, why couldn't they use more smooth colours like they did in the TV series?". The best scenes were those with Atobe in them.  |

In the Prince of Tennis movie Futari no Samurai, Ryoma supposedly has an older brother named Ryoga Echizen, but the latter is later revealed to simply be a child that Nanjiro took in a few years ago.
Mada mada daze: used by Ryoga Echizen, Ryoma's supposed brother (revealed to only be a child that Nanjiro took in a few years ago). He is only seen in the movie "Futari no Samurai".
I read those from wikipedia... I wonder when was it revealed? and where? or how?

Exactly. It wasn't. Some idiot is putting up assumed information. That's the downside to Wiki.
Edit: Actually, on second thought, I don't think that's quite what they meant.
When you see Ryoga you simply assume he's Echizen's older brother, and the corresponding familial terms are used. However, we then see that Ryoga 'joins' the family rather than having grown up with Ryouma from birth.
However, nothing is EVER explained about why he looks so much like Ryouma or why he was adopted. That Wiki information jumps to a conclusion - and a silly one at that. Ryouma and Ryoga have to be related. Nobody ever looks THAT alike in anime without a damn god reason for it.

XD My theory is that Ryouga is actually Ryouma's cousin, and that his parents (relatives of Nanjirou) died in an accident or abandoned him or something (hence his rebellious attitude!), so Nanjirou adopted him. (Hence the scene where he introduces him to Ryouma.) And because he's the adopted kid, with his traumatic/turbulent past, he runs away, gets involved with gambling bozo guy, etc. etc. big gay boat.

Not bad actually... Spares the innocent children and explains quite a bit. I've known some cousins who look quite alike. ^.^
Still, I prefer the Nan-ji was promiscuous theory sheerly out of likeliness. XD

I never got how Ryoma got his green hair. I mean, both his parents are brunettes but Ryoma's got like greenish-black hair. What's with that??
