Chapter 5

"Of course..." Tezuka smirked, with his pants in hand, as he glanced down at Fuji. "Thank you." Tezuka kissed Fuji softly on the cheek, and then put his pants back on finished with his morning shower/swim. "Shall we go back to see everyone?" He asked Fuji, who was still a bit flushed.

Fuji pouted. "For some reason it's weird when you smirk, it makes me think you're thinking something naughty." He looked away, still a little flustered. "Yeah, I guess. I think Eiji wants to swim, since I didn't earlier." That was an interesting thought. Would he be able to even walk normally, let alone swim? And he'd rather not have his friend question what they did last night. Eiji wasn't the type to keep secrets very well. "Carry me~?" Fuji smiled at Tezuka innocently.

"...naughty?" Tezuka raised an eyebrow at Fuji's comment. "Are you sure it's not you who's thinking something naughty?" Although he had to admit, 2 minutes ago that was not the case. Before he could turn around to move out of the forest, Fuji made his one request... "Carry you? Can't.." He was about to say something else, but stopped himself when he remembered why Fuji was asking such a request. For the third time today within an hour, he felt his cheeks become warm, pink. "...I'll carry you." It was his fault after all...but it's not like Fuji had said anything about it. Tezuka eliminated all such thoughts from his mind, as he approached Fuji and turned his back motioning for him to climb onto his back.

"Yes naughty." Fuji smiled innocently. "Maybe I am, but that doesn't mean you weren't either. Am I right?" He chuckled lightly, obviously amused. Fuji saw Tezuka's cheeks turn pink, but let it slip, for this time atleast. He found it extremely amusing that Tezuka thought about it so much, and so easily. He would keep this thought to himself of course. Fuji clambered onto his back happily. "Thanks Kunimitsu." He smiled warmly and put his chin on Tezuka's shoulder. He thought Tezuka would have turned down his request, which was why he was so much happier when he did say yes. "I'm being a big pain aren't I?" He didn't notice until now, but he was probably pushing Tezuka to his limit with all the silly games and things he was doing. He bit his bottom lip. Maybe he's being insensitive.

"Big pain?" Tezuka asked Fuji, only to feel Fuji's chin resting on his shoulder. "If you were would I still be here with you right now?" He asked, holding onto Fuji, as he turned his face to look at Fuji's face a matter of inches away from his own.

Oshitari followed Gakuto to the next tree and leaned against the base of the tree, noticing Atobe walking away in the distance. He wanted to join Kei-chan, but he was a bit worried about Gakuto. With the way his doubles partner was acting, it seemed like he didn't need to worry at all.

"Gakuto...." Oshitari called in a low yet audible voice. He didn't know what was wrong with his doubles' partner, in fact it was tugging at his nerves. He stood at the bottom waiting for Gakuto to say something, and when the waiting became too much, he took a seat until Gakuto would come down from the tree.

"I'm fine," Kaido answered. "Everyone's scattered around right now so it's been pretty nice at the beach. "

[yoshikochan]

"Oh..." said Yuuta, not really knowing what to say. "We found mushrooms, and uh, fruit, though most of it's smashed up. Oh yeah, and Akaya fractured his knee." He looked back at Akaya as if just remembering that they were in the middle of a dramatic episode in which the rikkai player was screeching in pain.

Fuji stopped biting his lip to smile warmly. "Well, I thought I was being bothersome." Tezuka's face was only inches away, so he took the opportunity to plant a soft kiss on Tezuka' cheek. Tezuka was such a sweetie sometimes.

"Bothersome with your teasing? Well....maybe just a little." Tezuka smiled, receiving Fuji's kiss on his cheek. "But nothing I'm not used to by now." Just add that to the listen of reasons why he loved him so much.

They past where they had been the night before, and not too far beyond there was the entrance to the forest, and finally the vast expanse of sand. Atobe was walking in their direction, across their path. "Atobe..." Tezuka whispered.

Fuji smiled sheepishly. "Okay fine, I promise I won't tease you anymore for today and maybe tomorrow. But who knows what will happend after that." He chuckled.

The smell of the ocean was getting stronger as they got closer. He preferred being out here, because he could see the blue sky above them better. Fuji spotted Atobe too. "Maa, why would he be by himself? He's usually with atleast one person." Fuji made himself only loud enough for Tezuka to hear.

Fuji asked Tezuka the question as if he would know the answer to it. He couldn't even make a reasonable guess as to why Atobe was by himself. A fight or something? But it seemed unlikely, or maybe not. "Did you want to ask him for yourself?" Tezuka looked back at Fuji still resting his head on his shoulder.

Kaido frowned as he looked at Kirihara. "Didn't you have a fractured knee before?" He asked. The snake boy let out a small hiss, not even realizing what he had done. "Well, it's not like it's incurable or anything."

[aibacchi]

"No I would not." He didn't like the diva, he just didn't want to talk to him. "I'm not that curious though, it seems being on this island, some type of problem will arise at times." It was true in a lot of ways. Or atleast this island didn't like him.

"Very well then. No need to...which direction do you want to go in?" Tezuka asked, looking at the crowd to his right. He saw a mass of red hair in a tree....Hyoutei's Gakuto most likely, so he deduced that it might be Oshitari under the tree. And no one else in sight....except Atobe.
