Shinji had awoken long enough to see Oishi heading off by himself.

"Well, that's fine and all to be going somewhere by yourself, but to leave others behind?" He pursed his lips and turned to Karupin. "Cats don't do that. Or was it dogs? I don't remember. Ah, but I'm still tired and Oishi was too loud at getting up. That's fine...I'll just -yawn- go back to sleep..."

It was cold, out in the open and it wasn't before long that Shinji was curled up into a ball, cuddling Karupin for warmth.

Kaidoh nodded. He yawned and closed his eyes. Within minutes, he was asleep once more.

In the other cave, Atobe had long since fallen asleep as well. His head was currently resting on Oshitari's shoulder.

[aibacchi]

Fuji snuggled against Tezuka slightly. He smiled happily. He guessed this made up for all that happend for now. Fuji clung to Tezuka's shirt. Fuji felt slightly squished against both of them, but Tezuka's arm around him was worth it.
"G'night Kunimitsu..."
Fuji falls alseep with a soft smile.

And so the first day on this mysterious island comes to an end.
