What if... Tezuka... was... Buck?
(Buck is officially my favorite fictional dog. He is the main character of Jack London's "The Call of the Wild". And I LOVE "Call of the Wild: Howl, Buck". T_____________T)
(And I have only seen a few episodes of GNG. ...But I love it for two reasons:
1. I love wolves and thus dogs as well.
2. Many of the Japanese seiyuus were in Saint Seiya's Sanctuary arc. Including Kurotora's seiyuu Ryouichi Tanaka. ...He voiced the psycho, lunatic, arrogant and insane bastard called Cancer Deathmask in StS. x333 I still like that nutcase a lot. Maybe it's the laugh... yeah, the insane laugh did it.)

Actually, I've read a fanfic where he really was the Aladdin genie. He had to tell Momo (Aladdin) that he was a boy, because Momo was being confused about that. XD So I guess Fujenie would be very androgynous.
