I watched Gravitation the other day... and it was weird... because Okiayu Ryoutarou (Tezuka Kunimitsu's seiyuu!) is a gun-toting manager... and he talks in his singing voice so it's all high and smooth and he uses English a lot and he sounds silly...

Aaah, K is the best! So awesome! Gravitation is playing on TV on an International digital cable channel here in the US! It was so neat to watch it.

Now I'm watching Eureka 7 - it was a little strange at first, but it's developed really really well!! And the animation is excellent and the art is unique, but it grows on you till the characters start looking really cute. I like some of the music a lot, and the main character really grows on you . It's really hilarious is some of the first ten or so episodes XD then it starts getting kind of sad ='( and there's some drama too ^__^

i've seen Eureka 7.... the first two episodes. D: and then my computer decided to be mean and wipe all the data from my hard drives. Eureka 7, Zettai Shounen, He Is My Master, and Speed Grapher were completely killed. *sobs* (i has 5 separate hard drives for anime storage. )

Eureka 7 is really easy to get from xdcc =) lets see... I think the channel is #nanashi@irc.rizon.net .... but it might be irchighway, but I'm pretty sure it's rizon. It gets really good!! ^__^
Hm... did you watch any of the other three? XD ... *is once again on the hunt for more animes to watch* ^^;;;; *watches way waaaay too fast*
Maybe I should go for catching up on long-term mangs like One Piece and Black Cat.... hm.... I was gonna watch Blood+ but I wanted to watch something happy ^__^; and the first 10 seconds were very.... serious... ehehe.

D: i don't know happy anime. One Piece and Black Cat is happy in my world. So is Bleach and Naruto.
if you haven't tried these: Akazukin Cha Cha, Goldfish Warning, Battle Athletes, Dragon Drive, Excel Saga, and Full Metal Panic would probably fit into the happy category too. if you haven't seen them already, of course. XD
of course, i still love Gankutsuou. D: to bad no one's seen it. i rewatched the series and i just fell in love with it...again. XD

Ooo!!! Battle Athletes, how very nostalgic XD I purchased Battle Athletes on vhs back in the day. XD I finally sold off (for like $.05 probably to the used manga store) all the vids, but really just because more than half of them were dubbed. Yes, that was from back in the days when I still watched dubs. *nostalgic sigh* Aaa happy memories. =^.^=
Hm.... I watched half of Goldfish Warning, it was .... ^__^;; youthful. Haven't seen Akazukin Cha Cha =D but heard the opening in Para Para max a million times!! Dragon Drive, seen all of, Excel Saga..... rasuberi was buying the dvds ^__^;; and we like... stopped watching it. Should really watch it some time. Seen all of Full Metal Panic but maybe I'm still missing some fomuffu?
XD Yeah, I should download Gankutsuou. I still haven't started Blood+ ^__^;;

lol. i just started Jigoku Shoujo. it's good. but it's definitely not a happy anime series. Battle Athletes...*sigh* i watched the Cantonese dub. XD and then when i came to america, i was really shocked to find it out on shelves. so then i bought the last VHS cuz i missed one episode. XD hahaha. i also watched Akazukin Cha Cha and Goldfish Warning in Cantonese. XD yeah. >.> i lived in Hong Kong. i was opened to a bunch of anime through that. XD including macross 7. it was funny how they dubbed the voices. i liked the B-Daman Bakugaiden series too. =3 i watched it waaaaay back when i was like...8-9 or so on TVB. XD B-Daman Bakugaiden is an old, but incredibly fun, series to watch. =3

I miss Battle Athletes... It was pretty fun to watch. ^_^ You never knew what they were going to do next. Akazukin Cha Cha & Goldfish Warning are totally teh awesome!!! I like happy anime way better than serious anime. ^^;; Akazuin Chacha would probably be better for Yoshiko than Goldfish Warning... It doesn't have much of a plot, but it has more than GW. And it's really neat to see all the standard elements in these old anime that newer anime still rely on. Hehe... I watched a few episodes of Excel Saga the other day. Yes, I own all the DVDs and I've never finished watching it. I'm really really liking Daddy Long Legs, an old classic based off an American Novel. The characters are pretty unique, and even though the style is really old, the animation gives the characters a lot of motion and grace. And I'm interested in seeing where the plot goes, even though I've had it kind of spoiled for me by people who have read the book already. >_> And if you're interested you can download the novel for free at Project Gutenberg! www.gutenberg.org/etext/157Macross 7! I listen to the music all the time and downloaded all the episodes, and still haven't watched it! >_< I really want to, though.

lol. XD
happy stuff i watched were like...really kiddy stuff. XD Doraemon!!! I'm sure everyone's seen that series at one point in life. =3 it's like...every one knows him as Ding Dong. haha. Akazukin Cha Cha was very amusing for me, but since I was just a little too young at the time, I didn't understand half the stuff I was watching except that it was funny. X3
Well, I rarely see happy anime unless someone throws something at me that says 'incredibly good.' >.> It was the only reason I watched HachiKuro. haha.
Macross 7 was...well...very mecha-y. XD hahaha. and creative since the people *sing* and the enemies go berzerk or something. it was a long time ago since i've seen the series so i can't really remember. >.>

Jigoku Shoujo is really entertaining, but I wish it had more of an overall unifying plot. Though they seem to be doing something in the latest episodes with a photography, not really sure where that's going....
Hm... I downloaded Blood+ and Gankutsuou XD I should start one but they look so very unhappy ^__^;;;; ..... >.> .... *ran out of One Piece manga already* ^__^;;;;;;;;

Don't know anything that's really happy though...haven't seen anything that's really happy recently. Must be becuase of the winter season...

D: dunno. but was lisenced by Sony. =/ oh well, underground groups are bound to pick this one up. it's good so people aren't going to let this gem slip out of their hands. it'd bring publicity to their own group sooo...yeah. XD haha. Haji is awesome. XD
i read one of the manga and it was like...waaaaay back during the Russian Revolution when Haji and Saya were traveling together. i think. i can't read it too well. D: but it was awesome. Saya can't play music and Haji is just...l33t. D: i wish i can play cello like him. >.<
Anyone here seen Mushishi?
