Haha, I've struck gold! @________@ It's anime that you don't have to dowload, but you need quicktime though... The site is currently hosting 2 brand-new animes (Suzuka and Cutie Honey OVA), so see the first episodes before it rotates again tomorrow. Mahoraba is on here too so even though they're like half way done with the anime here, you can still kind of get what's going on. From what I can tell, Konjiki no Gash Bell is pretty big in Japan, but no one in the fanworld really knows it ^^;; it's been coming out for quite a while now, though. Well it's big enough to be paradied on Yakitate and I always see a ton of KnGB thing so XD and they licensed it and are trying to make it big (by editing it to utter death - sob). The first five or six episodes are amazing, but then it kind of dies down after that. Still good and watching it, but not like, my favorite or anything.
But it's definitely worth watching the beginning, espcially to meet Vulcan San Byaku *__* XD hehehe! Wai wai!! Vulcan 300!!

oh yeah...i forgot about that site. XD they had Full Moon on their a while back. >.> i played the kitty killing...er...saving game on there.  and nanaca crash. awsome games. i was too lazy to watch the anime there...hahahaha. |

I like Konjiki no Gash Bell too... It's really funny. I'm kinda surprise 'cause seiyuu of that Eshuros (or what is it... blah!) is Kaida Yuki!!! So taht one became my favourite eps ^_^

GAH I loved Read or Die. I first heard about it when my mom (DO NOT ASK) got the movie from the library (she's a librarian) and went "HEY THIS INVOLVES READING LET'S WATCH IT" and so we did and then we realized that there was a TV show and having already watched the movie, a lot of it was really confusing... like the whole thing with Joker (Mr. Carpenter). I ended up watching a lot of the series out of order, but I still enjoyed it.
The OST is also pretty rad.
And as of right now, DEATH NOTE is my absolute faovrite manga.

Yay for Death Note!! I was sooo excited that they are releasing it XD I bought volume one for my roommate (who's never read a manga in her life lol ^^;;; ) ... but she didn't mention it so I'm thinking she just returned it ~.~ *sob* well I gave her the receipt for that purpose ^^;;;;
I read it though, they did a pretty nice job but there were a few things that were better in the scanslation.
XD I found the R.O.D oav for $7 at the game store ^__^; yay! so I bought it. The OAV is a classic, the tv series didn't come out for like 5+ years afterwards. I have a theory that when the OAV was planned, they didn't plan on making a tv series. Maybe part of the backstory - involving Mr. Gentlemen - was already there, but a lot of what they did in the tv series felt improvised. And I mean, I call it a theory but I'm 90% sure about it. XD
Still, the tv series was wonderful. I was a little sad about Joker and Wendy's characters being the bad guys, even though they were well portrayed ^__^;; the way they were portrayed in the OAV gave a very different impression... but it was easy to see that they 'changed' into the bad people they became XD yay evilness. It was all just so much fun!! ^__^

Haha. I didn't even know Death Note was out in the states until I went around all the bookshops in the city looking for bags. (don't ask. -_-;;  I found DN being sold in only ONE of the shops i went to....and i bought it, of course. |

XD They had a ton of copies of DN at the Borders near us <3 it's such an AMAZING manga *__* i'm pretty behind though -.-;; well, I'm REALLY behind on Bleach and Naruto. But whenever I catch up, there's always just a cliffhanger at the end ~.~ *sob* I think I haven't caught up on Black Cat for over a year... ^^;;

....XD just like me! i've been following Black Cat since the days when Toriyama World was still around. *sigh* And then I...don't know what I did but then I dropped out of it. I think it's cuz Naruto and One Piece showed up.  But then I quit Naruto pretty quickly....>.> I can never get enough of DN. all my friends here at school likes it, but none of them are up to the latest chapter. D: waaah. and so they never wanna talk to me since i would end up spoiling them. >.< |

OK for the Read or Die tv series, does Joker run off with that dog (referring to the last episode) or what? Do they go on a swashbuckling pirate adventure or what? And I wanted to see Junior's haircut. I was pleased with the English release of DN. I was dreading it, because we've all seen how Viz kind of ruins some translations and even though it's in Shonen Jump, it's kinda meant for an older audience (intricate plot etc. etc.) so they made it "Older Teen". OOOOOOH OLDER TEEEEEEN. Oh for any of you who have listened to the Naruto Radioshow (Oh~! Naruto Nippon~), they always had Read or Die ads on there and Anita would be going "WATASHI WA ANITA BLAH BLAH BLAH..." and then would go "R-O-D THE TV D-V-D". It always made me laugh. Rajipuri is fairly amusing too, because Tezuka is always retarded |
