Vision of Escaflowne!! So classic, right from my freshman year of high school XD one of the early early animes to be released in America (not on fansub) Maaya Sakamoto<3 I'm happy to see her so active now, doing Haruhi and all, but she was 16 when she did Hitomi XD

Okay guys, I have a challenge for you. BD Watch this and honestly tell me you're not curious! XD It's spoilerific but you have to watch the actual series to know what half of it's on about. Thanks to my Swedish friend sending me this I've now watched like, 24 episodes of Princess Tutu and will finish the series by the end of this week. :DD Tis aewsum. And Mytho is just -SO- raepable. It demands fanfiction, which I still haven't investigated.

Every episode there is a new inside joke to be made. And gay to be slashed. I watched, what, 30 last night? All I can say is Fakir must be good at LARP. LIGHTNING BOLT! LIGHTNING BOLT!Also I only realised today that Drosselmeyer is a character from the Nutcracker. o.o I'm most certainly addicted thanks to that one AMV. If you dare click that link then let it be known: look mummy! No references! :DDD And there were like, gloved hands holding it and ripples under the swans but after my scanner killed it thoroughly I decided the hands sucked too much and wanted to edit out Drosselmeyer completely only to find that the bad scan made it impossible so I'm like 'DUMB FUKKEN CREEPY BASTARD D;<<'. Some day I'd like to draw Drosselmeyer accurately; his puppy-eyed face is kind of cute. In an old insane dead guy way. Sorta.

The sub I got of it was full of lulz. Also just, some parts of it are just lulz. Like pushing the dead mullet man about in the train. wtf? XD He went down with that expression. Love to see what his corpse looked like. Someone killed Bill Gates? o-0 This needs no witty comment. BANG BANG BANG! BANG BANG!! BAANG!! Homg, he's going for the last drop! D: GASP! Ryuk is jiggly. Liek whoa, whut?

The last few great anime that I saw was PoT [of course], Death Note [amazing anime, brillant piece of work], Ouran host club [amusing, LOL anime], Slam Dunk [an old favorite of mine], Hikaru no go , Loveless [beautiful art but something about the ending bothers me], Sukisho [amusing, interesting, sad at some part, overall I like it] and many more but I will stop now because I am starting to rant, which is never good.

The Death Note anime is EPIKK. As in, the budget is used in a way that makes the whole of /a/ die laughing. You'll have moments where people slide across the screen with buggered faces and then ONE scene in each episode has amazingly smooth animation, dramatic effects, gorgeous shading and lighting, etc... But in one episode that scene was just... Light... eating crisps. Dramatically. Wooow.
Eating crisps/potato chips has never looked any moar dramatic since Death Note.
Also, L's Theme A is fun. :3 It's like, tubular bells with guitar. Equals win. L's Theme B is fun and cute. Domine Kira is really funny too when they shout 'KIRA' and a triangle goes 'ding!'

I started watching Pumpkin Scissors. It's borderline Seinen stuff (ANN lists it as shounen, but most shounen aren't, well, as detailed and disturbing in places): some sort of politics, historical military theme, manly main character, tsundere rich girl, gore, violence, jokes about cock, slight gay overtones, whores, perving and kissing.
Echoes Fullmetal Alchemist in a way (character design clones, and a funny sort of parody of '____ finds _____ at gate; brings it into the office'), so if you liked the military characters and episodes of FMA and have a thing for shounen-style main characters (he has an angsty past behind his power/ability and always pulls something out at the last second to save the day) then this is the series for you.
It's worth a look anyway. Orland is cute. >:0 The sound effects on the beginning of the opening are aewsum and I have watched 16 episodes in just three or four days.
Edit: Wikipedia says it's published in Monthly Shounen and therefore is nothing but Shounen as it is published as Shounen. The end.

Last week I started watching an anime called Black Cat which is about an assassin name Train Heartnett who was nicknamed the Black Cat for his quick reaction to attack and for his speed. If you see episode 2 then you will know just how fast he is. He was a cold hearted assassin until one day he meets a sweeper or bounty hunter name Saya who teaches him the value of a human life and so he left Chronos which was the assassin organization he was in. Train then alslo became a sweeper and travels with an ex-detective Stev Voilfied who is also a sweeper and a girl who is actully part machine called Eve. I only saw the first 4 episode of it and I am already addicted to it. It has a lot of action, but it is also very funny. The whole series is only 23 episodes long though and it was created in 2005. Other than that, I'm still tuning in on Detective Conan which I started watching since 3 years ago and still waiting for episode 51 and the manga of PoT. I'm watching my other favorite anime like Cardcaptor Sakura and Flame of Recca for like the 3rd or 4th time. You can watch the same anime show over and over again and it is never boring. ;D

Naruto Shippuuden was...
a bit confusing at the beginning in the first epi. The very beginning. They made it out of order, or something. Iono.. haha, but the fight to get the bells from Kakashi was awesome. :3
Aaaah, I should watch Death Note. >.<
