Yes, Konomi is a guy.
Something I find interesting is that he himself does not know if the Golden Pair actually together or not. He said in an interview that it was "up to each individual to decide that for themselves".

that's...odd. But the Golden Pair is just so OBVIOUS...it's hard to believe that he doesn't know if they're together or not. =_=;

For me it's actually kinda hard do choose my favourites among such a big and colourful gallery of great personalities. But the number one for me... is Atobe. Because he PWNS and steals the show every single moment he appears in the series. No, seriously - he does. This diva has won me over forever. He has an ego the size of Russia, yet he DO care a lot about his teammates (and they are probably very found of him too, since they don't call him buchou or such). He's a talented player and confident in his skills, yet so hardworking, I mean c'mon, you _CAN'T_ possibly be the leader of a tennic club with 200 member just because of pure talent! Also, you should have a sense of responsibility and the charisma to make your teammates respect and trust you. And Atobe nails it all. So, to summarize this: Atobe = bigger than life. In my eyes, he'so amazing it *hurts*. (Plus, he's extremly good-looking (^____^) ) But not far away from Atobe, we find none other than Kaidoh. * The temper. I LOVE (fictional) guys with temper  * Hard-working and a Fighting Spirit of Fire; He's SO not gonna give up on whatever he decides to do!!* "Fschuuu". * He has a heart of gold!!! The way he acts when Karupin is around, and that episode when he almost arrived too late for the match against Rikkaidai because he was saving a puppy... He's just too cute for his own good. You bet I want to ravish him.Kaidoh-kun, daisuki!! Loved him ever since I watched the St. Rudolph arc; Mizuki A.K.A. the Rudolphian General. He's SO evil and gay and so pathetique at the same time that I don't know the right words for him! And Akira Ishida is love (^_^) I also have VERY weak points for Kawamura (burning sweetness!), Yuuta *won't say that she thinks Yuuta is WAY better character than Fuji himself* and Nanjirou ('cuz he's goddamn funny!) too, but none of them can compare to Atobe, Kaidoh or Mizuki! |

i'd have to say Ootori, Fuji, Gakuto, Jirou, Marui, Shishido, Hiyoshi, Kaidoh, and uh... i think thats it for now XD

YAY FOR SHISHIDO AND OHTORI~ xD Hiyoshi is the....martial arts person or whatever, right?  ; he sorta scares me..."the ___ defeats the successor" or whatever. =D aaah.....Fuji scares me at times. He's so sadistic!!!! >_<;; but if he's not acting sadistic, he's pretty coolio. =] Right now...my favorite character would be...-thinks- Atobe. W00T! |

Yuuta and Mizuki are such love <3 those two do not get enough attention. Mizuki is just .... hm... hilarious in his evilness that's not really all so evil so much as comical but I guess I've read too many fanfics that depict him in a certain way ^^;;; but poor Mizuki, he so often gets the short end of the stick. Unfortunatly, they're the only players from St. Ru I like so ^^;; I don't put it on the list for favorite school.... (Seigakuens Fuji, Eiji, Tezuka, Ryouma, I just don't know how others can beat them out ^^;;  |
