Phoenix Wright might make a good series. :X You could have an 'objection' card (and there's a fair bit of high quality scans on character images floating around). Ookiku Furikabutte, Gurren Lagann, Gintama... Do me one of Tsuzuki and Byakko plz. ;0; Byakko can be a spell card... Tsuzuki, Tsuzuki, Tsuzuki, Tsuzuki, Chibi Tsuzuki, Chibi Tsuzuki, Human Byakko, Human Byakko. I go take some decent screencaps of Byakko from my DVD in a sec. Sorry, I thought a number of the users here were already familiar with the series and was deliberately avoiding making it sound like they were... stupid or something.
Tsuzuki is a shinigami (typically dead people who had regrets, etc. and take up jobs in their afterlife. Tsuzuki would have been 107 this year if we really were a shinigami irl), working for the Summons Department of JuOhCho (often adapted to 'the Ministry of Hades') to keep souls in check and investigate supernatural murder mysteries (sounds great but they're not exactly done with much detective flare).
Byakko and Suzaku are two of Tsuzuki's twelve shikigami, who he can summon to help fight enemies (they are the most used and two of the only three shown in the anime). Suzaku acts like a mother and protects Tsuzuki no matter how crazy things are (or he), Byakko is like a loyal best friend, often skipping around the rules a bit to help Tsuzuki out.
Saganatsu (adapted to Sarganatas in the US version) is one of the demon rulers who rules over the dragon-type demons. In a fight he manages to bite Tsuzuki and possess him, only Hisoka the empath (Tsuzuki's partner) realises though because Watari's search didn't find any marks on him (a black X appears on his shoulder later, have a few caps if you want to see) and obviously a demon won't emit the same emotions as Tsuzuki usually does.
Part of finding out that he's possessed involves a nude shower scene. Hooray!
