I'll claim all characters from Orange Planet - it's a (fairly) new manga by Cherry Juice's mangaka.  Also Count D's grandfather (aka Q-chan) and Tetsu (a Totetsu) from Pet Shop of Horrors. I find Tetsu so goddamn adorable. <3~ He's a carnivorous goat that likes to bite Leon in the butt every time he visits D's shop. XD In reality he's a Totetsu, though - a huge, mythical goat-like creature that eats people. EDIT: And Hokutoseikun, Nantoseikun and Ribhu from Harukanaru Toki no Naka de 4. And Astharoshe Ashan (SHE'S BADASS. ), Lilith Sahl, Gyula Kadar, Kate Scott, Hugue de Watteau, Brother Petro Orcini, Augusta Vradica (aka Seth Nightroad) and Ion Fortuna from Trinity Blood. And...
