Yes, it IS that great. If both of us say it, it can't be anything but true. x3
You might try Harukanaru Toki no Naka de, too. It's based on a dating sim game that goes by the same name and has the same characters. "Violinist of Hamelin" is another good anime... it's sidesplittingly hilarious.

Data Squad's original name is Digimon Savers. You have seen me fangirling about it and Suguru (in the dub=Spencer), haven't you? By the way, I managed to PREDICT some things that would happen in the dub before anyone even knew there was going to be one. ...I predicted that Quinton Flynn will voice Masaru (Marcus in dub), and he WILL. And then I also predicted that Suguru will either be called Stephen or Spencer, and it's SPENCER! *faints* Am I related to Brad Crawford or something?! --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Btw, Meli, if you want to see Savers/Data Squad in Japanese audio and English subs before the dub is released, here: www.crunchyroll.com/showseriesmedia?id=1762This site has only unlicensed anime. But when it gets licensed, the series is deleted. I really recommend you watch it in Japanese first... since Masaru is voiced by Souichiro Hoshi, Gakuto's voice actor (and he sounds WAY CUTER as Masa). Besides, there's also the evil guy Akihiro Kurata, voiced by Masami Kikuchi, aka Tenipuri's Hiroshi Wakato. (And Rentarou Satsuma, one of my favorites, is voiced by Taiten Kusunoki, Tenipuri's Sanada. And even Naozumi Takahashi, aka Marui, is in there as Kamemon. Renji Yanagi's voice actor Eiji Takemoto is BanchouLeomon, Inoue's voice actor Hozumi Goda is Suguru. Atsushi and Kabaji's voice actor Satoshi Tsuruoka is Alforce V-Dramon. Michael Lee's voice actor is Tsubasa Hayase. And Tomokazu Seki is Neon Hanamura... SekiTomo has a really cute voice in anything he does.) Oh, and then there's KENN (Tenimyu Yuuta, obviously) as Kouki, an evil punk teen capable of transforming into a Digimon... and once he even lets out this psychotic little laugh. x333

Mashou, you could also try Bleach. I mean, if you like classic shounens like Naruto and TeniPuri, then Bleach is definitely your cup of tea. It has brilliant character design, excellent plot (or, at least the first 63 eps or something XD), awesome fights and mind-blowing humour. Not to mention great yaoi potential.

I tried to. I watched the first five chapters on got bored. There was something about this bird or something? I dont remember a lot...
But back then I had so many things in my "to watch list" that I cold afford to not give something a chance..
Now I remember than once during an anime convention when I said I didnt like Bleach abd love tenipuri this guy looked loke he was wanna hit me so bad. I got afraid I was ganna get murdered by rabid Bleach fans...
PS: Anyway, Lovux has sure nalied my tastes down, hasnt she?

You judged it too soon. That's something you should never do when it comes to mainstream shounen á la Naruto. Heck, Lovux remembers when she was new to PoT and it took her TWO WEEKS just to finish the ten first episodes. It was so dang boring. But the Fudoumine arc eventually got her hooked, and around ep 20, she concluded that this would be one of her favourite shows ever.
I say give the show another ten episodes, it's around ep 15-17 everything becomes interesting.

Well its true. I got hooked with Naruto around the Haku incident, but real action isnt until Chuunin exams. I hould give it another chance and pray for some character sides Rukia that grasps my attention. Ichigo is OK, but I dont get the squealy I love you vibes I need to have for some character to love a show. He doesnt have to pretty just angsty and a loner and will have me swooning...Sides, I trust you =) So I ll try.

It's about dogs. Okay, so the plot takes place in the snowy Ohu mountains of Japan. A terrifying, blood-thirsty bear who goes by the name Akakabuto terrorizes the lands. One of the few humans who dare to fight him is the town's local original, the hunter Gohei Takeda. To his help, he trains hunting dogs, and his best one being the legendary Riki. In the first episode we get to see Riki's puppies, and among them is a silver-coloured one who is named Gin (silver). Meanwhile, Akakabuto attacks Gohei and Riki, and both Gin's owner, Daisuke, and Gin himself witnesses Akakabuto killing Riki. After this, Gohei decides to train Gin so that both of them can avenge the loss of Riki. However, when Gin has gotten older, he encounters a pack of stray dogs being lead by a dog... who looks identical to Riki! Won't tell you anymore than that. But it is HIGHLY recommended. I have watched it with both swedish dub (only four voice actors, but still awesome!) and have all the episodes uncut on DVD. GNG, or Silver Fang, as it's more known as in my country, happens to be the most popular and one of the most famous anime titles EVER in Sweden. Even people who aren't inot anime/manga at all loves it from the bottom of their hearts, trust me. It might not be something for those who are very picky with the animation, since there are different character desgins in every episode, but then again - GNG was animated in the 80's. And really, it's not that bad at all. I really like how the sequences with the running dogs turned out. And it has great voice acting, and the music... FCK, THE MUSIC... it sends chills down your spine. The intro song is magnificent. You can read more about GNG here. How Silver Fang changed Lovux's life?Well, it was thanks to Silver Fang she got into anime/manga in general. And if she hadn't gotten into anime/manga, she'd never discovered Prince of Tennis, and if Lovux never had dsicovered Prince of Tennis... I'll let you do the rest of the math.

Oh...Then...THANK YOU VERY MUCH GNG. If it wasnt for it I wouldn't have met my beloved Lovux-seme! Well...I'll try to find it. I've always been a huge fan of talking animal stuff, so I guess I will like it ;D. Have you seen Wolf's Rain? I loved that anime very very much. Not to mention I love wolfves xD But it sounds interesting and different. Thanks, Lovux-seme ♥
