Anyone who's sharing them is allowed to use them in the RP. Rune, the third guy in my siggy, is shared by me and several other people and we all use him.
Keep in mind that in the other forum we didn't plan for it to turn into an RP, it just kinda happened.

on another note even, thought i doubt anyone here will care, now that your doing characters from other shows I will list my own harem of women since there almost isn't any descent girls in PoT:
