How about when: You buy a bunch of PoT merchandise at an Anime Convention such as: Some PoT Trading cards (which I would scan for yoshikochan website if I had a scanner) and a big Ryoma plush. Ooooh! I have something to add to that! When you have an Atobe keychain charm, a Kaidoh pin, and a Scuba diving!Atobe plush. (Which I love like whoa...)

I got a Seigaku bag that I used so much one of the zips broke, but I wouldn't let anyone put it on the floor anywhere. I didn't want it to get dirty. And one time I spent a whole afternoon whining that they didn't have the plushie I wanted and I'd of gotten Taka-san but if I'm going to look weird I'm going to do it for the character I like most, no offence to Taka. Oh, and a new one: when you call it blasphemy to cut Oishi or Taka's lines in TeniMyu lyrics, or just 'disrespect' the nicer characters in general.

When you have dreams with PoT characters in them. *raises hand* About Rikkaidai. And it's even weirder because I hadn't come across the Rikkai members back then. >_> (This is the same dream I wrote my 'fanfic' about.) And how about: You see/hear a character nickname in the manga/anime/musical/rajipuri/song (or a couple of them, or all five) and adopt it. *points to avatar* That's what happened to me when Kaneda screamed "Bakazawa, kono yaro!" during Dream Live 2. xD And Mushroom!Hiyoshi. >_> Don't ask.

I made my grandma like Tenipuri, she watches the Myus with me and recognizes the actors and characters, does it count as 'you know you are addicted to Tenipuri' thing?

When you've been listening to little more than tenimyu and tenipuri for almost a year and you're not even a little bit sick of it. In fact, you start craving it and at random the words "Do Your Best" pop into your head mid-conversation. @_@
When you spend an hour watching a karaoke version of Yume wo Tsunage just to spot all the flaws and figure out which version of the song it is... (Not that... I've... done that.... nope....)
Oh yeah, and when you're studying Pre-1945 Japanese History and you hear about a town called Echizen and BAM you're in Tenipuri land (accompanied by: Aitsu Koso ga Tenisu no Oujisama from Hyouteimyu.)
Then you come across an Emperor called Mitsukuni and instantly translate it to Kunimitsu.
Oh, and when you find a little general figurine entitled Sanada Yukimura you start squealing and highly disturbing the poor normal people on your Japan tour...
Am I obsessed enough, yet?

I saw a simmilar topic on another forum but it was "You Know You're Addicted to Anime When" When you make a bunch of fake yugioh cards of characters from PoT and Tenimyu. When you have "Koori no Emperor" or other such songs stuck in your head at work, and hum them when no one else is around. I am alone at home right now singing along with Koori no Emperor playing on my computer. "Oretachi ni sawaruna yo yakedo suruze Koori no honoo tsumetai shakunetsu Oretachi ni chikayoruna iki no ne tomeruze Koori no yaiba kihaku no ichigeki.........." XD Wow, I'm listening to Ore-sama no Bigi ni Boogie Woogie right now and singing with it XD I was even humming it at school today too:
'SAABU RESHIIBU BORRE ni SUMASHU Migakareta waza wa utsukushii Marude MAJIKKU kamiwaza no gotoku Utsukushii waza ga sakuretsu
Tensaiteki na FUUTWAAKU NETTO kiwa no majutsushi Honrou sae mo omae wo shirime ni Kankyaku wo miryou suru SMAIRU
Sousa Ore-sama no bigi ni Yoishirero Ore no bigi ni Sousa Ore-sama no bigi ni Yoishirero Ore no bigi ni bugi bugi-ugi bugi-ugi...'

...You know you're addicted when you find out that there's a character called "Kintaro Tooyama" in another anime and instantly think "Must be a brat". xD
I'm serious! There is a character with that name in Tantei Gakuen Q! ...I haven't watched that, and I'm not going to, but it still totally WEIRDED ME OUT to see THAT name in Hideo Ishikawa's voice list! xDDDDDDDDDDDDD And one thing that surprised me... the anime was made in 2003, way before Konomi probably even had thought of Kintarou's name.

Hmm, I wonder how well CWilk would like it if I based an English paper off of the PoT characters and their relationships with each other? You know, I think I'm gonna ask her.
Also, you know you're addicted when you're seriously considering making your senior quote part of a PoT song.
