I wanted Yanagi to be Ryoma too...but in reality, I don't think he could do it. He's still recovering from his accident, you can see in Hyotemyu that he couldn't even do the dances very well. I don't know how well he would have been able to handle doing this movie. I think for quality sake they had to have someone who could move around really well
but they could have just gotten yuyan

Too bad Yanagi has now appointed himself as a DJ and went over to Tuti's house and all they managed to accomplish was anger at Tuti's PC. Har. What exactly IS the accident that happened to Yanagi? Dancing mishap?

Yanagi was in a car accident of some sort. It was about two weeks before Remarkable first match Fudomine was to start. There aren't many details about his accident but he was in a coma for some time...a few months i think.

Weeee!! XDXDXD SOooo excited! The trailers makes me go happy-squeal mode XD I wanna see Gakuto and Yuushi "live" too!! yayyyyy!!!! *happy happy happy* it's gonna be so great to get more PoT stuff. And to see the characters come alive for real XD like fuji..!!!
Ryuzaki is waaaay too young though. >_> and yeah, like somone said, Ryouma isn't cute enoug XD but seeing as this is real ppl, when in the series they are not (well duh) I guess it's.. acceptabel ^_~
but didn't Tezuka crawl around a bit too much in the trailer? like a worm XDXD lol but I like him for Tezuka somehow. I'm not too fond about Atobe... he doesn't look like him ~_~

*points to her av* I approve of the guy playing Cinepuri!Atobe. *melts* Anyway, I really think they chose the right guy for Ryoma x3 He even sounds like o-chibi too! XDD Although I would've preferred it if the old Tenimyu members had been cast as the Seigaku regs, instead of the new ones *is a Tuti & Nagayan fan*  But I guess it couldn't be helped, considering how obviously old(er?) some of the old cast members look, and how the current Tenimyu cast look about the right age... ish. Yah. But I'm not complaining, since Aiba Hiroki is Fuji-kins <3 ;D The only thing I find disturbing about the live action is the fact that Cinepuri!Sumire is so... young. It just doesn't cut it, with her having coached old-man Nanjiroh and whatnot ^^;;;; |
